Overview
Under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024, the Authority will be issuing the following gambling licences:
Business to Consumer Licences
Business to Business Licences
Charitable / Philanthropic Licences
Upon commencement of the relevant sections of the Act, if your business is providing betting, gaming or lottery services to customers or organisations based in Ireland you will need a licence to operate.
Obligations under the Act will apply to licence holders, when they become licenced by GRAI, which will be on a phased basis.

This will allow the GRAI Licensing Team to keep in contact and update you on all licensing related matters including the opening of the application process and phasing of licence types, how to navigate the process of getting licenced and related licencing content.
