Existing Licensees

Until the relevant sections of the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 are commenced, the following existing licensing bodies will continue to operate. Therefore, licensees should continue to engage with the relevant bodies below for licences:

Gaming Licence:                                             Revenue Commissioners

Gaming Permit:                                               An Garda Síochána

Lottery Permit:                                               An Garda Síochána

Lottery Licence:                                             District Courts
