As required under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 (section 96 (1)(e)), applicants are required to submit a Business Plan as part of their application. Please see the below templates for details of the information required to be set out in the Business Plan.

Premises Information

If you intend providing gambling services from 5 or more premises, please download this template and populate it with details of all premises. You will be contacted in due course with information on where to securely upload the completed template, and supporting documentation.
