GRAI Operator Portal

The GRAI Operator Portal is a specific online system for operators to submit their licence application and upload relevant documentation in order to apply for in-person betting, remote betting and remote betting intermediary licences. 

Important Information: Applicants are required to ensure that all relevant sections of the application are fully completed and that all required supporting documents are uploaded prior to submission, with particular attention to the Account Officers , Relevant Officers, and Beneficial Owners sections on the portal.

Please note that incomplete applications or failure to provide all information requested by the GRAI at the time of submission, may result in the application assessment being delayed.

Please note, if you have submitted a Bookmakers licence application to Revenue Commissioners prior to 5 February 2026, that will be processed in line with the Betting Act 1931.  All other betting licence types can be submitted via this portal from Monday 9 February 2026.
