The Guidance on Relevant Obligations provides practical guidance to Business to Consumer (“B2C”) licensees on the application of the conditions and obligations set out in the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 and in regulations made under the Act. It does not address or impact any other obligations arising outside of the Act.
The Guidance on Relevant Obligations was updated (February 2026) to outline the conditions and obligations that have taken effect following the signed Commencement Order.
